We are looking for: An attorney (m/f/d) specializing in transportation and freight forwarding law and related insurance law
We are one of the leading law firms specializing in transportation and freight forwarding law, advising and representing companies and insurers. Our Düsseldorf office has six attorneys, four of whom are certified specialists in this field. We are currently looking to expand our team.
Your area of responsibility:
- Working as part of a team of specialists in the field of transport and freight forwarding law
- Independent handling of cases in the out-of-court areas of liability defense, recourse claims, and coverage review
- Advising on the drafting of contracts and terms and conditions
- Representing clients in German court proceedings and assisting in foreign court proceedings
- Communication with clients and opposing parties, including in English
- Use of Microsoft Office products and modern legal software
Your Profile:
- You enjoy working in a team and would like to specialize
- You enjoy working with clients on case details and legal analysis
- You are interested in technical and economic contexts
- You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy communicating
- You have above-average exam results and good English skills
