Attorney Carsten Bennera specializes in transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics law. He has many years of experience in claims handling and litigation. In addition, Attorney Bennera is regularly consulted by clients on matters related to contract drafting and the formulation of general terms and conditions, combining practical expertise with in-depth academic knowledge.
Due to his extensive work for CEP service providers, he also serves as an instructor in the specialist attorney training program at the German Bar Academy for this specialized field.
