Even before beginning his legal clerkship, Attorney Löffler dealt extensively with all areas of transport law and related insurance issues, with a particular focus on traffic liability, special and heavy transport, and the transport of valuables. To this day, he advises companies in the logistics industry and their insurers, representing them both in and out of court in the handling of all types of claims.
As part of his specialized work for the Working Group on Transport and Freight Forwarding Law of the German Bar Association (Executive Committee) and the Committee of Specialist Lawyers for Transport and Freight Forwarding Law of the Düsseldorf Bar Association (Chair), he is also responsible for the examination and continuing education of specialist attorneys as well as the interests of young lawyers.
