Attorney Posner studied in Frankfurt am Main, where he also completed his legal clerkship. He has been practicing law since 1990, initially at a law firm specializing in labor, corporate, commercial, and tax law. In 1992, he founded the law firm—now known as ADVOS Frankfurt—together with attorneys Dr. Derwein and Homann.
Attorney Posner specializes in labor law and has many years of experience advising both employees and employers in and out of court. He is also a certified specialist in labor law.
